Pasdaran’s House

The upcoming project is a sturdy old house with a lifespan of nearly 50 years.
The owners say that the architect was renowned at that time. They filled
the house’s swimming pool shortly after its construction to create a larger
yard, but the yard was gradually abandoned, and the southern facade of
the building, considered a secondary facade with limited access to the yard,
became worn out. The employer’s request was to restore the pool along with
an equipped engine room for use in all seasons, renovate the southern facade,
replace the engine room with a package system, and convert the engine room
space into a suite on the ground floor, level with the yard and pool
